Pastasana is the fusion of yoga and pasta.
Join us for an invigorating 60-minute yoga flow co-taught by yoga teachers Caitlin Warlick-Short and Catherine Doren. Afterward, we'll open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful summer evening with a fresh pasta dinner, served by Kelly Messori of Big Mouth Pasta.
Yoga class: All-levels vinyasa flow (18+ or 16 with a legal guardian). Bring your own mat if you have one (we have a limited number available to borrow.)
Farmer's Market Salad served with fresh-baked rosemary focaccia (vegan)
Roasted local summer veggies layered with freshly-made pasta and Wisconsin cheese (vegan option available)
Strawberry crumble with crunchy brown sugar-oat topping, served with whipped cream. (vegan option available)
Sparkling water and lemonade provided.
