Flint Sparks workshop (HUB, EMBODY)

One day workshop with Flint Sparks PhD- open to the public

The best definition of success has nothing to do with money or fame. It is the ability to deliberately change one's character. If we pay attention to the thoughts that shape our actions and the actions that shape our habits and the habits that shape our character, we'll find that character is what shapes our destiny. Join us for an opportunity to reflect on how the reality of death, the clear necessity for shaping our character, and the illusive sense of destiny weave together as life.

In the current social and political climate we must turn our attention and our practices toward calling forward the best in all of us. Our basic sanity is the ground of our being. How do we manifest this in our own lives, our closest relationships, and professional activities and encourage each other in a world that does not always seem to reward wholesome character?

$15 to attend public talk only on Wednesday evening

$150 to attend entire workshop ($95 if attending the 3 day retreat to follow this workshop. To register contact Suzanne Kilkus,
