Come to this workshop to learn techniques, practices and approaches that will help you shift this feeling, and find a bit more ease in your life.
We’ll talk about how to identify and shift the beliefs and thoughts that are amplifying your stress level, and replace them with thoughts that decrease it. You’ll learn ways to listen to what your body and your intuition is telling you so that your decision-making will be easier. We’ll end with a guided meditation to help you tap into the peace and knowledge that you already possess.
You’ll leave with a list of resources and ideas to help you continue these practices.
