Circle or ‘council’, is an ancient form of meeting that has gathered human beings into respectful conversations for thousands of years. Circle offers structure, intention and simple principles that can help us share our unique perspectives and move towards common understanding and lead to wise action.
Circle practice provides a way of stepping into conversations where every voice is heard. Differences serve as contributions to help us discover wholeness.
We discover our abilities to hear, heal and act by having the conversation. Circle practice to supports individuals, builds communities and offers organizations and a new model for inclusive culture.
