The circle, or council, is an ancient form of mutual reflection that has supported human beings in respectful conversation for thousands of years. It offers a structure, an intention, and simple principles that can help us gather, share, deliberate and make decisions about things that matter. As a practice, it can impact how we show up, what we say, how we listen and, ultimately, how we live our life. Each of the two sessions offered will introduce participants to circle and offer an opportunity to practice together. The sessions will be similar in content but attending both can be a opportunity to review circle principles, and to experience different circles.
