Please join Michelle and Alena for rejuvenation, self-exploration, journaling and discussion paired with a 2 hour slow flow practice!
Michelle and Alena are excited to bring you an opportunity to connect with yourself and others with an afternoon of rejuvenation and self-exploration. Please join us in a 2-hour slow flow yoga practice paired with journaling and discussion to help open your heart, deepen your senses and create a sense of community and shared experience.
Michelle and Alena have been mental health therapists in the community since 2008 and have been practicing yoga just as long and feel passionate about the positive connection of yoga to the mind, body and soul. Alena is a trauma informed certified yoga teacher and will be leading you through the practice, while Michelle is a skilled therapist who will guide you through self-exploration journaling and discussion while providing assists.
They want to create a sense of connectiveness by providing space for exploration, play and time at the end of practice to build and create community. Sign up early, space is limited!
