About the Event

This workshop will explore the power and uses of a Listening Stick. Participants will have an opportunity to design and create a personalized Listening Stick.

Efrat Livny, an artist who has been creating Listening Sticks for over two decades, will share her passion for these powerful tools. She will lead participants in the meditative and creative assemblage process. Bring a favorite stick, and some materials to decorate it with - beads, stones and gems, feathers, favorite talismans or small memorabilia.  Registered participants will receive a guide to help them clarify their intention and choose their materials.

Participants will also have access to Efrat's extensive collections of materials from her nature walks, thrift store excursions and worldwide travels. These will be available for purchase to supplement your own collection.  Space limited to 15 participants. Youth 12 and up are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Cost $50. $60 at the door.

Tickets: Brown Paper Tickets
