Join this 6 week series from right where you are at in your practice. SomaYoga is an integrative practice that will help you ease out of daily pain and into deeper layers of yourself. We’ll integrate somatic approaches and classic asana (poses) to find your ‘just right’ stimulus for unwinding tension in your body. Ali Zuba will support you in exploring your own Soma (mind, body & spirit) and we’ll use the integral connection of your mind to develop an authentic sense of self.
Experience the benefits of SomaYoga and learn how to empower yourself to feel better this Spring in this 6 week series. Guided support for all levels and abilities - YES, really! Learn how to awaken your dynamic core. You will release areas of tension in the muscles of your core (back, abdomen, hips). You will increase true strength and stability by re-awakening deep core muscles that give you ultimate mobility.
